However, there are times when specific flowers might be out of season or unavailable through our suppliers. If the flower you requested is not available, don’t worry! Our skilled designers will substitute it with a beautiful and comparable alternative that matches the color, style, and feel of your original choice.

To ensure that we can provide you with the freshest flowers and devote the necessary time to crafting your arrangement, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to source the highest quality blooms and customize the design to your needs. For larger events or during peak seasons such as weddings or holidays, we suggest reaching out as early as possible, ideally 4-6 weeks ahead, so we can accommodate all your requests and deliver an exceptional floral experience.
Yes we offer same day delivery, subject to approval. We understand that sometimes you need a beautiful arrangement delivered right away. To ensure your order qualifies, please place your request by 12 PM local time, and we'll take care of the rest; whether it's a last-minute gift or a spontaneous treat.
Our delivery cost are designed to be straightforward and transparent. For local deliveries within a 10-mile radius the cost is a flat rate of $10. For deliveries beyond 10 miles, but within a 30-mile radius, the fee is $20. Orders that require delivery over 30 miles will be priced based on distance and urgency. Please feel free to contact us for any special delivery requests or more specific pricing. Your satisfaction and the timely delivery of our floral creations are our top priorities!

1. **Trim the Stems:** As soon as you receive your flowers, cut 1-2 inches off the stems at a 45-degree angle. This allows them to better absorb water.
2. **Hydrate Immediately:** Place your flowers in a clean vase filled with lukewarm water. Adding the flower food packet that comes with your arrangement will provide essential nutrients. If you don't have plant food, sugar is a great alternative to supply the flower with nutrients.
3. **Change the Water:** Every 2-3 days, replace the water in the vase with fresh, lukewarm water. Don't forget to trim the stems slightly each time to ensure they can absorb as much water as possible.
4. **Remove Foliage:** Make sure no leaves are submerged in the water, as this can promote bacterial growth. Removing lower leaves will help keep the water clean.
5. **Location Matters:** Keep your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Avoid placing them near fruit, as emitted ethylene gas can accelerate wilting.
6. **Use a Clean Vase:** A clean vase is essential to stave off bacteria. Before refilling with fresh water, wash the vase thoroughly with soap and water.
